WHAT IS KLASSY KANDY & SUCH?

If you know you know. You should have been referred here to enjoy these incredible products! If you have a lot of questions or don't really know what these products are, you’re in the wrong place. We aren't for everyone and that's okay! PLEASE read through all of this FAQ instead of sending messages (social media messages blocked). Personal shopping isn't available, absolutely NO phone calls! Please look through ALL of the information and options on this site instead of messaging asking if certain products are sold and/or available & where we ship (which is to all US states). This is a sole operation (every aspect is done by one single person) with limited time for back & forth messaging. All the answers to be given are here! Thank you so very much!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email (to the email address you provided upon check out). Please CHECK YOUR SPAM or junk folder if you don't see the email. Please allow a minimum of 72 business hours for your order to be fulfilled. If you provided a full/proper physical mailing address you will receive an email (to the same email address you provided upon check out) with your FedEx tracking number when your order is ready to ship. If you receive an automatic refund it is likely due to a previous problem - KK&S reserves the right to refuse service to any/all persons.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK & HOW FAST?

2 weekday shipping is offered to all US states where available - FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. NO PO BOX shipping. Shipping is available to any state located in the United States. You must provide a physical mailing address, orders with PO Boxes will be have to be refunded. Shipping fee is a flat $12 per order. There is no pick up or other delivery option. It is sent via FedEx two week day shipping. If you receive your tracking number on a Saturday or Sunday it is in the system but there will not be movement on the package until a non holiday weekday. Orders are packaged in FedEx bubble Pak’s (FedEx packaging). Once you receive an email with your tracking number your order is 100% yours, KK&S is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. Once you get your tracking number KK&S is done. Please do not contact us as we do not work for any shipping companies, do not know why anything could be delayed & see the exact same information as you see - not privy to any additional info.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Orders $299 or more in product are eligible for free shipping.

DO YOU OFFER COLD SHIPPING?

Not at this time. Please know in high heat items may (likely) melt. Please be aware these items may need to go directly into refrigeration or freezer upon receiving & will be as good as new.

Delays are the worst and frustrate us all!!

We see exactly what you see from tracking numbers, not privy to any additional information! Once you have your tracking number the order is 100% yours, please refrain from sending messages or emails.

We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. Carrier times vary due to the COVID protocols.

WHY DO THE PHYSICAL PACKAGES HAVE LITTLE TO NO INFORMATION/LABELS ON THEM?

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

All sales are final. No exchanges, refunds, or returns. 

We do NOT condone unwarranted cc disputes. If we have all evidence that the purchase was sent and delivered & you still feel entitled to win a dispute you name/address/phone will be listed below and any future orders you make the mistake of making will be refunded as you are on a permanent block list. This behavior is not fair to our incredible paying customers.

You are using any/all of these products at 100% your own risk, you may want to avoid these products if you have any allergies, restrictions and/or sensitivities.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TO CONSUME?

Only you can discover this, we cannot answer this for you. Remember you can add but you cannot take away. PLEASE do your own research (feel free to use an online search engine). If you message us with this question we will copy and paste this section.

DO TOPICALS HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS PRODUCTS INGESTED?

No. If something enters your bloodstream it could be considered similar to being ingested. If not entered sublingually, through open cut/wound, or anally it is not likely to enter the bloodstream. That is never guaranteed.

HOW MANY PIECES OF CANDY DO I GET PER PACKAGE?

This varies per product. There is an estimated amount listed in the description of each product.

I WANT SOMETHING I DON’T SEE ON THE MENU OR NEED TO KNOW WHEN AN ITEM WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?

We try to offer a variety of products! Some stay, some go, some come back! Please check back (on this website) if you would like! When a product is out of stock you have an option to choose to be notified when it's back in stock! Do not send messages asking. Click on the product you want and click to be notified when the product is back in stock! If you search a product and it is not found - it is not available.
